These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the 92pkar platform, available at 92pkar.cam (the "Platform", "Site"), and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, slots, esports betting and any other gaming or wagering services offered thereunder (collectively, the "Services").
The Platform is operated by 92pkar ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you ("User", "you", "Player") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
If you do not accept these Terms, you must not create an account or use any Service. These Terms apply to all users, including users accessing the Platform from Pakistan and other jurisdictions.

To register and maintain an account on 92pkar, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Underage Gambling is Strictly Prohibited. 92pkar employs age verification procedures. Any account found to have been registered by an individual under the applicable minimum age will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Being 18+ does not alone make gambling lawful in Pakistan — local laws may impose additional restrictions.
Each User may hold only one (1) registered account on 92pkar. Opening duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
During registration you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address and any other details required. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for updating it promptly if it changes.
KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal request, 92pkar requires identity verification. You will be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:
92pkar reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for ongoing compliance purposes. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delays to withdrawal processing.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. Notify 92pkar support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
By using the Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:
Breach of these use conditions may result in immediate account suspension, closure without notice, and forfeiture of account balance where permitted by applicable regulations. 92pkar reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where losses are incurred as a result of User misconduct.
6.1 Currency. The Platform displays all balances, stakes and transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for the convenience of Pakistani users. Actual account currency may vary subject to the Operator's technical configuration. Users should refer to their account dashboard for current balance details.
6.2 Deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the Operator and displayed at the time of deposit. Deposits are credited to your account balance after confirmation from the relevant payment processor. 92pkar is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
6.3 Payment Method References. Payment methods referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as familiar Pakistani payment infrastructure references only. Their mention does not constitute a partnership, endorsement or implied support for gambling transactions by any of these providers. Availability of any specific payment method is subject to change without notice.

6.5 Processing Times. 92pkar does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing speeds. Times vary by payment method, account verification status and compliance review requirements. The Operator aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly, but third-party processing delays are outside the Operator's direct control.
6.6 No Chargeback Policy. Once a bet has been placed and settled, that transaction is final. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through a bank or payment provider in respect of a settled wager is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and recovery action.
92pkar may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to:
7.1 Bonus Abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, as well as account suspension:
Illustrative PKR Values: Any PKR amounts mentioned in promotional materials (e.g., "PKR 2,000 birthday credit", "PKR 1,000 referral reward") are illustrative examples only. Actual promotional amounts are confirmed at the time of each live offer. The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time.
8.1 General. All bets placed on 92pkar are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, competition, game or market as published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and sport/game-specific rules, the specific rules shall prevail.
8.2 Cricket & Sports Markets. Cricket betting covers markets including PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments and Test cricket. All other sports markets are governed by standard rules for that sport. References to PCB, PSL, ICC, cricket boards or sporting organisations are for sports context only — 92pkar has no affiliation with, or endorsement from, any of these bodies.
8.3 Bet Acceptance. 92pkar reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where:
8.4 Error & Palpable Error. If a price or odds are published due to a manifest error (palpable error) — for example, grossly incorrect odds caused by a technical fault or human error — 92pkar reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price. The Operator will notify affected users as promptly as is practical.
8.5 Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the outcome of the relevant event as determined by official result sources recognised by the Operator. In the event of disputes regarding results, the Operator's determination is final, subject to the complaints process in Section 11.
8.6 Esports. Esports betting markets including CS2, Dota 2 and PUBG are governed by the specific rules for each title. Tournament and match rules may affect settlement — for example, where matches are forfeited, postponed or abandoned.

All content on the 92pkar Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, text, software, game interfaces and design elements — is the intellectual property of 92pkar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92pkar, its directors, officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or the Services.
11.2 92pkar does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.3 Where the Operator's liability cannot be excluded by law, the Operator's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Complaints. If you wish to raise a complaint regarding any aspect of the Services, please contact the support team at [email protected]. The Operator will acknowledge your complaint and aim to provide a substantive response within a reasonable timeframe. Escalation procedures are available where an initial response is unsatisfactory.
92pkar reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a User's breach of these Terms, any balance — including bonus and real-money funds — may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where a closure occurs for reasons unrelated to User misconduct, the verified real-money balance shall be returned to the User via a method determined by the Operator.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its operating licence, as applicable.
You agree that any dispute arising between you and 92pkar shall first be referred to the Operator's internal complaints procedure as set out in Section 11.4. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body as designated by the Operator's licensing authority.
Pakistan-Specific Notice: These Terms do not create any implication that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan. 92pkar does not claim Pakistani government, PTA, State Bank or provincial authority authorisation. Users in Pakistan access the Platform at their own legal risk and must satisfy themselves as to the lawfulness of their access. This is not legal advice.
92pkar reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated review date. Where changes are material, the Operator will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an on-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any updates. The current version of the Terms supersedes all previous versions.
